Carol woke up for the first time tonight......she knew who I was and understood what was going on I think, maybe too well. She woke enough for us (her dad, step -mom, heath, nurse, and I) to tell her the baby is doing well and Chloe is also. They sedated her again after I got done talking to her.

Scott, Hi, I am Luanne, Carol and Chloe's Kindermusik Educator. Thank you so much for letting us know what is happening via this blog. It is so amazing to hear that Carol is responding!!!
I am praying for all of you and think of you sooo often. It has been such a priviledge to get acquainted with Carol and Chloe in our classes. Take care of yourself and give Carol and Chloe hugs from me.
Luanne
What great news! We are so glad to hear that the tests went well, and her skin is healing. Hopefully, Carol is able to find some peace in knowing that Safiya is doing well and Chloe is being well taken care of. Her main job is a big one.....to heal. Still sending many prayers and well wishes from Boston. Love you guys. Ally & Pete
