Scott, I had no idea what you have been going through. I stopped by the office last night, after seeing a poster about the fundraiser, and questioned the receptionist as to why no one had told me about it when I was there earlier . I understood why, but wondered why it hadn't been in the news. Then, there it was on KOMO last night and in the Herald this morning. I am amazed at how you have made it through this and without a hint of your difficulties showing at your office. It is heartbreaking and unimaginable to me. My youngest was also born by emergency c-section at 7 & 1/2 months but we both recovered well. Finding out about Carol has really struck me that I need to appreciate life more and ask others about how they and their family are doing. I'm so sorry that I didn't ask you yesterday. My family is thinking of you and how we can help. Thanks for the great care that you have given my family.
I just watched the video of the news and read the article! I hope this spreads to people everywhere and touches everyone to what Carol has gone thru! I've sent to everyone on the prayer chain that has been praying for Carol since the beginning. A lot of them feel you are part of their family and are all praying for a positive outcome.
The girls are adorable too. Thank you for sharing Carol's story!
Scott, I can't believe what you have been going through. I have some friends and family that will be donating for Carols silent auction. I have some extra time on my hands, let me know if I can do anything to help!!
